Osoyoos chosen as 'Celebration Community' for Olympic Torch Relay...
Osoyoos has just won its own version of two Olympic gold medals. First, it was announced Nov. 21 that this town at the southern end of the Okanagan Valley will be on the route for the Torch Relay for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. And to top it off, it was also revealed that Osoyoos is one of the locations chosen to be a special “celebration community” along the route of the Olympic flame.
